Please note that as per clause SIX.- Preservation of the property and furnishings of your rental contract:
The LESSEE hereby declares that he/she has accessed the property in perfect condition. The LESSEE shall inform BENNECKE, as soon as possible, of repairs needed to maintain the property in an inhabitable condition for the agreed use, with the exception of damage, for which the LESSEE shall be responsible and financially liable in terms of seeking a repair. The LESSEE also undertakes, at the end of this agreement, to return the property and elements therein in the same, clean condition, or otherwise compensate the LESSOR for the amount of damages caused.
Therefore, Bennecke will send a technician to proceed with the necessary repairs as soon as possible. If the LESSEE is not available at the time of the appointment Bennecke will be entitled to facilitate the entry by using the key to the property in their possesion. The technician will leave a notification in the property about the visit and the resolution of the notified incident.
All queries and repairs will be attended to during Bennecke Office hours.
Please note, that it is not the property owner’s responsibility to pay for the technician to change light bulbs, repair accidental damages made by the LESSEE due to lack of conservation.
