The <strong>LESSEE\u00a0<\/strong>shall inform <strong>BENNECKE<\/strong>, as soon as possible, of repairs needed to maintain the property in an inhabitable condition for the agreed use, with the exception of damage, for which the <strong>LESSEE<\/strong> shall be responsible and financially liable in terms of seeking a repair. The <strong>LESSEE\u00a0<\/strong>also undertakes, at the end of this agreement, to return the property and elements therein in the same, clean condition, or otherwise compensate the <strong>LESSOR\u00a0<\/strong>for the amount of damages caused.<\/p>\n<p>Therefore, Bennecke will send a technician to proceed with the necessary repairs as soon as possible.
